Property Lease Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lease Portfolio Manager to join our national headquarters team in Southern Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an extensive lease portfolio, maintaining and enhancing relationships with landlords, and ensuring that lease terms are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture landlord relationships to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with lease terms.
  • Negotiate or amend lease agreements, focusing on securing favorable terms.
  • Handle critical date notices and ensure timely execution of lease obligations.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance, working with landlords or tenants as required.
  • Oversee subleasing arrangements and manage building upgrade work or make-good obligations, arranging Capex and statutory consents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5/6 years' relevant experience in lease administration or property management, ideally within the fast food or highway retail sector.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in lease negotiation, landlord relationship management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to suit the upper end of the corporate spectrum.
