The Asset Management team is responsible for managing customers through the term of their finance agreements and the end of term.

In this role, you will provide a high level of service to our customers, brokers and colleagues, providing knowledgeable and timely responses to requests.


What does an average day look like?
No day is average at hummgroup, but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role and what you will be responsible for:

  • Action incoming requests and respond to requestors (customers, brokers, colleagues) within 1-2 business days or sooner.
  • Provide payout letters, invoices or other documents as requested.
  • Understand the payout calculation and be able to break down a payout amount to individual assets on a customer finance contract.
  • Call customers or brokers where requested to do so.
  • Manage return of assets to our remarketing partners where relevant.
  • Identify incoming payout payments and manage allocation to relevant contracts.
  • Reconcile finance contracts and arrange contract termination when all payments received.
  • Coordinate release of security (PPSR) when assets paid out or sold.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of the flexicommercial team, including Collections, Credit & Risk, Accounts Receivable.
  • Support the flexicommercial business to deliver exceptional broker and customer experience.
