We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our APAC regional operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operations to drive operational results on availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Own the execution of end-to-end processes related to fleet management, supplier procurement, stock management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate actions with local operations and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements.
  • Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
  • Contribute to expansion projects and major contributor to vehicle operating costs.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management, or similar education.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, address operational needs, and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Organized and analytical, with excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure precision in execution.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to unforeseen events.
