We have a rewarding opportunity for a Build-Up Coordinator to join our Fuso Port Melbourne dealership.

The key focus of this role is to coordinate the build-up of new vehicles to maximise efficiency and profitability. The role is diverse and will see you coordinating movements, upgrades, fit-outs, pre-deliveries, registrations and delivery of completed vehicles.

About the role:

  • Write repair work orders for vehicles
  • Establish availability of particular models as required
  • Ensure incoming work is planned and resources are managed
  • Quoting and costing on various items including buildup, predeliveries and registrations
  • Quality assurance, audit and compliance activities
  • Maintain high level of communication with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with supervision of day to day workshop operations

About you:

  • Sound knowledge of automotive service department workings
  • Relevant Automotive Technician certification
  • Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • HR licence
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Strong organisational, decision making, and problemsolving skills.
