We have a rewarding opportunity for a Build-Up Coordinator to join our Fuso Port Melbourne dealership.

The key focus of this role is to coordinate the build-up of new vehicles to maximise efficiency and profitability. The role is diverse and will see you coordinating movements, upgrades, fit-outs, pre-deliveries, registrations and delivery of completed vehicles.

**About the role**:

- Write repair work orders for vehicles
- Establish availability of particular models as required
- Ensure incoming work is planned and resources are managed
- Quoting and costing on various items including build-up, pre-deliveries and registrations
- Quality assurance, audit and compliance activities
- Maintain high level of communication with internal stakeholders
- Assist with supervision of day to day workshop operations

**About you**:

- Sound knowledge of automotive service department workings
- Relevant Automotive Technician certification
- Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- HR licence
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
