About the role
Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary objective will be to coordinate front desk activities and provide professional and efficient service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
- Welcome visitors and answering incoming calls
- Manage incoming and outcoming mail requirements
- Produce and distribute the weekly newsletter
- Manage meeting rooms and car park requests
- Administer stationery and amenities ordering
- Assist with building maintenance requirements
Skills & experience
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in a similar role
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving skills
