This facilities organisation is seeking a Receptionist for a short-term temp role.

Our client is ambitious, successful and has a reputation that stands above the rest. This organisation is dynamic and fast-paced and based in the CBD.
**Your new role**
As the Receptionist, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing all internal phone calls
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and faxes, preparation of outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery and providing back-up administration support the wider team
- Ensure all meeting rooms are prepared and set up correctly, whilst helping with bookings
- Invoice processing and financial admin support
- General office maintenance
- Event management
- Assisting all relevant departments with ad hoc admin
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a similar role in a similar industry
- Ability to build rapport and remain professional with all stakeholders
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Be available to start working ASAP in the office every day
