**Your new company**

Established locally, our client has been in business for over 75 years and is a leader within the market that specialises in providing a comprehensive range of home, commercial, industrial and electrical services. Located in Plympton Park this successful business is looking for a skilled Receptionist to join their team in a contracted capacity for 6 months.

**Your new role**

As a Receptionist within this business you will be the director of first impressions and will be responsible for providing clerical support to the wider team. This position is responsible for a number of daily duties which are outlined below.

**You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to**:

- Reception
- Data entry
- Phone calls using their 3CX system
- Clerical support to the wider team
- General Administration
- Filing
- Scanning

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Reception experience
- Ability to manage your time accordingly
- Experience using Microsoft systems
- A punctual and professional attitude

**What you'll get in return**
In return you'll be rewarded with a supportive team culture, working in an office based in the Plympton Park. You will be engaged on a full-time 6 month contract.
