**The Role**

Reporting to the Executive Assistant for the CEO & CFO, this role will involve working on Reception and providing Administrative support to the Discovery Parks Support Office. The role is diversified in its range of tasks and responsibilities and requires someone who is highly organised, with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated and prioritise their workload accordingly.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone, a motivated self-starter who generally enjoys providing high level administrative support to the wider business.

To be successful in this role;
- You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a confident communicator
- You will have Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft suite
- Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
- Have demonstrated attention to detail
- Can show initiative and implement/improve admin efficiencies
