Melbourne based team.


About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support end-to-end internal recruitment activities across the organisation.

You will recruit across all areas of the organisation including HR, tech, finance, legal, marketing, fundraising and healthcare, providing best practice recruitment advice and support to hiring managers along the way.


Due to growth in the organisation, this role is being offered on a fixed term full time contract period of 6 months.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office.

You'll have the opportunity to

  • Write job advertisements, conduct phone screening, schedule and attend interviews, facilitate psychometric assessments, conduct reference checks and other handson recruitment activities as needed
  • Build strong working relationships with Movember leaders and hiring managers, become a trusted advisor and partner with all levels of the business
  • Collaborate with the wider People Experience team on employment offers and onboarding activities for successful applicants
  • Be the face of Movember for prospective talent

For this role, you'll need

  • Demonstrated experience in a handson endtoend recruitment role (either agency or in house)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong customer service skills, providing a value adding service to our internal stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and ability to juggle a high volume of unique active vacancies
  • Demonstrated understanding of best practice recruitment and selection principles and a genuine interest in current TA industry trends and insights
  • A passion for DE&I, always ensuring our policies and processes are as inclusive and accessible as possible
  • Ability to think outside of the box and leverage employer branding and EVP to attract and retain talent
  • Excellent communication skills for facetoface, phone and written communication

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing or other related discipline
  • Experience recruiting a broad range of roles, including corporate, fundraising, and healthcare
  • Familiarity with Movember's HR tech stack: PageUp, AbilityMap, Predictive Index, BambooHR, CultureAmp
