The opportunity:

To do this successfully you will:

  • Assist our People Advisors with the coordination of workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes for AIA Australia
  • Work as part of the team to integrate the wider People and Culture Service Delivery Model
  • Respond to general enquiries which are raised and logged through case management tool, Workday Help in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate entry of data in Workday, across the People Advisory team and directly as needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is offered to colleagues and managers across the business
  • Process payment related transactions in Workday as required
  • Work with our People Advisors to facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain strong levels of confidentiality at all times
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as required from time to time
  • Previous administration experience working within Financial Services
  • A keen interest in working within Human Resources for a leading life insurer
  • Bachelors degree in HR is not essential but would be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
  • The ability to deal with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
