Your main objective as Service Manager:

  • Staffing - building a productive, efficient team that will professionally communicate, create & terminate r/o's, attend to drive-way service, quoting duties, loan car allocation to list, protect our customer base
  • Review Performance Evaluations with staff & the Group Service Manager
  • Customer Satisfaction - maintain a high level of CSI
  • Protect current client base and build on it
  • Introduce & develop processes and procedures to ensure a smooth operation within your department
  • Generate profit, control expenses
  • Assist and contribute to marketing strategies to aid business development

  • Prior automotive industry experience
  • Communication skills, verbal, written
  • Effective time management
  • Word, excel, internet & email skills
  • Supervisory/prior management experience
  • Prior Era DMS an advantage but not essential
