Description

Assist full-time staff with small assignments, which include:

Duties:

Plans events and makes reservations for space

Answers telephone calls and emails from students, staff, faculty, and external guests

Greets visitors and log-in students for appointments

Assists in the planning and implementing of new student transition (orientation) programs

Updates study abroad content in handbooks and marketing materials

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be available to work 19.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
