The Opportunity
Join our Organisational Development team within People & Culture and support Red Cross people during the organisation's transformation.
You will be part of a highly skilled and busy team providing facilitation and training support to our workforce on a wide range of strategic programs and learning initiatives.
What you will bring
- Highly organised and able to juggle planning, coordination, facilitation & evaluation of training and development activities
- Able to build rapport with stakeholders, the people person that relates to a diverse range of people and learning styles across Australia
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, contemporary virtual facilitation principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to present engaging, fun and informative workshops within tight time constraints
- Demonstrated communication skills across a variety of mediums, especially in virtual facilitation.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4. Salary starting from $77,584.00 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
