Senior Learning and Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at WSP Global Inc. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and facilitating learning initiatives that drive business results and support the growth of our diverse and inclusive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs that meet the needs of our leadership and management teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Facilitate quality face-to-face and virtual events, including workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to the refinement and design of blended programs, short courses, and sprints that reflect leading-edge research and best practices.
- Develop and implement learning analytics and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of our learning programs.
About You:
- You have a strong background in Organizational Development and Learning and Development, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- You hold a relevant degree or graduate diploma in Learning and Development, and have a coaching or change management professional qualification (desirable).
- You have a proven track record of success in designing and delivering learning programs that drive business results and support the growth of diverse and inclusive teams.
- You are an expert in learning analysis, skills and task analysis, and have experience in debriefing 360 leadership assessments and other recognized assessments.
