About the role


As the Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer, you will support the planning, development, implementation and review of student recruitment and marketing strategies managed by DE International.

The role will also liaise and assist with the management of DE International agreements for education agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of student recruitment initiatives including collection and analysis of market data and contributing to the preparation of marketing plans and reports.
  • Planning and undertaking administrative arrangements, including arranging overseas travel, for marketing events and travel.
  • Preparing and conducting training for agents to ensure they are aware of DE International's programs and related compliance requirements.

About you

  • The ability to deliver strong outcomes against tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across all business levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt flexibly to changing environments
  • Marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to travel overseas.
  • Ability to speak a second language other than English

Essential requirements of the role

  • Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) for paid employment.

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
