About the Role:


An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development or Student Recruitment Coordinator to to coordinate recruitment activities and drive an increase in both international and local student enrolments at the Sydney campus.

The position will effectively network and provide support to onshore Agents and partners; liaising with student career and future study coordinators; network with industry associations and work closely with the marketing teams to create sales tools and promotional material to support recruitment strategies.

Key Selection Criteria:

_ Please write a paragraph for each KSC, explaining how you meet the selection criteria, based on your previous work/life experience. __Only applicants that address the key selection criteria will be considered for this role._**- Relevant Degree and relevant post graduate qualification (ideally in Business or a related discipline) and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.

  • Substantial experience in a similar environment with an emphasis on international student recruitment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning and budget management skills, including the proven ability to assist with the development and implementation of strategic marketing and future student plans.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage a varied workload, work to strict deadlines, capability to adapt to changing briefs and understand what marketing materials is required to be successful and take WAI training courses to market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the student education industry in NSW.
  • Advanced knowledge of the ESOS Act and the management of international students.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic direction for student recruitment within the educational sector.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
