Commencing salary $91,176 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading**
About the role:As the Business Development and Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating recruitment and marketing activities in both international and local student enrolments at the Sydney campus.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for international and domestic student recruitment.
  • Act as the main point of contact with international agents in Sydney
  • Provide support to onshore Agents and partners to drive an increase in both international and domestic student enrolments
  • Develop new business opportunities and marketing tools to support cross selling programs.
  • Liaise with key industry partners to develop and manage cosponsored events.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Substantial experience in a similar environment with emphasis on international student recruitment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing and future student plans
  • Ability to manage conflicting responsibilities and capability to adapt to changing briefs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Education sector and the ESOS Act
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated behavious that align with the William Angliss Institute Values
