Role Overview:


As the Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's strategic direction and driving student enrollment growth.

Reporting directly to the inspirational CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and recruitment efforts.

Leading a small team of dedicated professionals, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the college's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the college's brand and reputation within the education sector.
  • Drive student recruitment efforts through targeted campaigns, outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and nurturing work environment.
  • Collaborate with admissions and student support teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process and exceptional student experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communications strategies.
