Student Support Officer

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of
Student

Support Officer for the upcoming program in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services in relation to the operation of the overall student support
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the senior level management, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, progress reports, updates, meeting papers and other secretariat functions as required
  • Ensure awareness of relevant college training policies and procedure
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to the students in regards to their ongoing study
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as required.
  • A team player with strong organisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of the VET sector
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellence in trainers and clients focus

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessments (TAE40116) or higher or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
  • Previous experience in a classroombased training & assessment.
