ROUSSOS is the leading specialist recruitment partner for the construction, architecture, engineering, civil and property industries in SA.

We are looking for a Human Resources / recruitment professional with a passion for exceptional service, to join our team.

This position is a great opportunity to work closely with a highly knowledgeable team in a permanent full-time role, based in the east end of the Adelaide CBD.


The role

This role will see you as an important part of a highly efficient and dedicated team, and allow you to proactively enhance your understanding of the recruitment world.

Day to day, your key tasks will involve support across all facets of the business, with the view to solely focus on one individual portfolio within the first few months.

Key administration duties of this role will involve formatting of CV's to be in line with ROUSSOS branding guidelines, writing job ads using your creativity and natural ability, phone screening, being involved in the interview process, and providing general support and assistance where required.

As such, strong communication skills are vital in this role, as you will also be involved in conducting phone screens for job seekers and speaking to clients / industry contacts for reference checks.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, decisive and forward thinking in their approach. A keen interest in recruitment and HR is essential for this role, however no previous experience required.
