We are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented and resourceful **Recruitment Coordinator **to join our in-house recruitment team on a **Permanent** **Full-time** basis. You will be based in our office located in **Marleston, Adelaide** with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Reporting into the General Manager - People and Culture, you will be supporting our operational manning requirements across South Australia.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and pre-employment training programs. As part of the People & Culture team you will work with and support our site managers and operations managers in achieving their recruitment outcomes.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous recruitment experience or a recent graduate in Human Resources looking for their first opportunity or growth in the HR space.

**Key tasks include**:

- Providing strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity and salaries across the region
- Actively managing recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines to ensure mínimal delay from vacancy to placement
- Communicating effectively with operational managers to coordinate interview and placement processes remotely
- Sourcing, phone screening, compliance validation and onboarding

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Recruitment, Selection, and Mentoring competencies
- Solid experience in a 'bulk' recruitment with the ability to demonstrated high levels of customer service to stakeholders
- Experience with electronic recruitment systems (highly desirable)
