The role:


Reporting to the Chief People Officer while predominantly supporting four People & Development Advisers across Australia, this is a standalone role covering recruitment of administrative, corporate services and legal positions.


This role is responsible for:
- drafting position descriptions and job advertisements;
- scheduling interviews for all six offices;
- completing reference checks;
- liaising with agency recruiters nationally and ensuring terms of business are up to date;
- supporting the national People & Development team with clerkship & graduate recruitment programs; and
- occasionally conducting market mapping and head hunting exercises.

Ideal experience:


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously, as well as manage your own workload.

Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role as you are managing the workflow from six offices. A high level of attention to detail is required and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in a Recruitment role is necessary and within the legal industry would be desirable.
