Our client is a leader in their field that has been operating in SA for over 50 years in the Construction industry.

They have a rare job opportunity available for a dynamic
**People & Recruitment Coordinator **in a permanent Full-Time capacity, to join their Adelaide Head office, located in the city fringe.

**The Role**:
This exciting and dynamic role is responsible for coordinating all Human Resources, Recruitment, Compliance and Training and Development activities while supporting the Manager People & Culture to implement contemporary HR policies, processes, programs and systems designed to improve business unit performance.

Be prepared for a fast-paced role, providing recruitment and generalist support across the business, and in time will see you develop your HR skills through practical learning.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating new hire employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screening
- Maintain contact with new hires through their onboarding journey.
- Manage all system updates relating to the new hire, ensuring new starter profiles have been established
- Responsible for managing and updating all other HR related systems as required
- Supporting the Safety Team as required with administrative functions.
- Undertaking general administration, coordination and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality when handling HR issues and enquiries
- Supporting employees with day to day enquiries

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
- Qualifications in HR or related discipline, a plus.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Have strong skills across Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Have strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well under pressure, and manage with the ability manage multiple priorities.
- Be self-motivated with a positive, can-do approach.
