**The Opportunity**:
If your passionate about starting your career in recruitment then this opportunity for you. In this role you will provide support to the Recruitment team by assisting in the ongoing day to day administrative tasks.

**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Recruitment administration, including assistance with screening, posting/updating job vacancies and other ad hoc administration duties
- Liaise with Recruitment Advisors to manage accurate and timely uploading and storing of information
- Booking in Assessment Centres and scheduling interviews where required

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Community Services industry experience is desired but not essential
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders through a timely delivery of service
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential to manage the day-to-day demands of the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office

**Additionally, you will require**:

- Covid 19 Vaccination
- NDIS workers screening
- Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
