Due to growth, we are looking for Recruitment Coordinators to join our team.

Based in the East End of the Adelaide CBD, our workplace is dynamic, supportive and collaborative - the perfect environment for a recruitment professional to thrive in a long-term role and develop/shape their career.


The role
The role of Recruitment Coordinator in the ROUSSOS business involves the following:

  • Developing Industry Expertise: Build your knowledge of relevant industry sectors by researching news and developments and partnering with experienced peers.


We are looking for someone who is eager to progress their career long-term, in a role where they are supported and part of a collaborative environment.

ROUSSOS can provide a structured pathway into a Recruitment Consultant position for those who are looking to fast-track their career.

If you are a multi-tasking superstar with a proactive and results-driven attitude and the determination to make things happen, this is a great role for you.

We're looking for someone with 12 months experience - not necessarily in recruitment, but we will also consider someone from a sales or customer service role.

You will demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop, as well as a competitive nature that shows the want to keep up to date with competitors and market trends to remain at the forefront.

Above all, you will showcase excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills.
