As the
People Systems Advisor your role will be to provide People related advice and assistance to all parts of the Endeavour Group business.

You will support Endeavour Team Members and Leaders in providing policy advice, people systems advice and responding to all People related queries.

You will respond in a timely manner to system support requests from Leaders and People Partners.

People Systems Advisor responsibilities:

  • Respond to People related queries in a timely manner to support requests
  • Provide advice on employment matters to Leaders
  • Create, review and approve position moves, including liaising with leaders to explain why
  • System maintenance and ensuring structures are up to date
  • Alerting and rectifying errors in accordance with governance protocols and liaising with impacted team

Qualifications

  • You pride yourself on your time management skills and attention to detail.
  • You're a team player your actions and behaviours reflect the culture and values of the team.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to deal with different and ad hoc requests.
  • Currently or previously worked in retail operations desirable.
  • Understanding of SAP based systems will be highly regarded. You'll have strong communication skills, high accuracy and operate with confidentiality.
