About the Opportunity

Australia Post is committed to delivering exceptional sustainability performance and reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Reporting Systems and Assurance to join our team and contribute to our sustainability journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and analyze monthly data on sustainability metrics, including social licence to operate and corporate responsibility dashboard reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide internal performance reporting to track and deliver on commitments and targets.
  • Support the generation of insights and implement actions to drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
  • Facilitate and support external assurance activities, including basis of preparation development and governance controls.

About You

We are looking for a sustainability reporting expert with a deep understanding of best practices and emerging trends. You will have experience with external assurance requirements and be able to effectively project manage programs across diverse stakeholders and interests.

Requirements:

  • Technical understanding of sustainability and ability to translate complex data insights into clear and relatable language.
  • Understanding of sustainability and compliance reporting, assurance, and interpretation of data.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in working with complex data sets using Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
