**Fixed Term Part time for 12 months; 0.8 FTE**

The newly created position of People and Culture Coordinator (Systems and Workflows) will support the configuration and implementation of NRCH’s new HRIS, with the primary goal to deliver an effective, high value and streamlined People & Culture experience for all employees.

Over the next 12 months, the coordinator will work with the P&C team to deep dive into our current processes, identify areas for improvement and use our new technology to map out and implement new effective workflows across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit policies - always ensuring the end user experience is front of the design and mapping process.

In addition to supporting system configuration and improvements, the coordinator will work with our new external payroll provider to deliver on and improve fortnightly pay run processes, including delivering variation management and workers compensation claims.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong attention to detail and data accuracy, love working with systems and technology (especially the backend set up), have proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, and have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Please note it is a requirement for all employees of North Richmond Community Health to demonstrate evidence of mandatory immunisations/vaccinations prior to commencement of employment, based on the Immunisation Category their position falls under.
