Role Overview:

In this important position, you will be responsible for managing and leading direct sales efforts towards a group of Named Accounts and strategic Partners within large corporations. Your main focus will be on developing and executing strategic account plans aimed at achieving widespread implementation of Fortinet products and services within these enterprises. Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and influencers is vital, and you will leverage these connections throughout the sales cycle. Coordinating with internal teams to produce and present successful Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work will also be part of your role. Negotiating business terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that lay the foundation for enduring partnerships is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying business opportunities within large enterprises and overseeing the sales process through to completion.
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets as agreed upon.
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Promoting the complete range of Fortinet security solutions and nurturing relationships with key accounts.
  • Expanding Fortinet's presence within assigned accounts and ensuring continual customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperating with various Fortinet teams while also being able to work independently to fulfill tasks effectively.
  • Engaging with management at all levels to negotiate and influence decisions in a collaborative manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in catering to Fortune 1000 Major Accounts.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling enterprise network security products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to the Public Sector and Fortune 1000 Major Accounts.
  • A track record of consistently achieving sales quotas and displaying career stability.
  • Proven experience in securing large-scale deals.
  • Outstanding presentation skills tailored to executives and team members alike.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-driven, innovative thinker capable of shepherding deals through the sales process.
  • Must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive, proactive, possessing a hunter-like mindset.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience; postgraduate degree is advantageous.
