Our opportunity The Manager, Major Licensing and Online Wagering will build and oversee teams to deliver an end-to-end regulatory approach for Victorian non-casino gambling Major Licensees, sports controlling bodies and online wagering compliance.
Key accountabilities Provide leadership and support to divisional staff and oversee the effective, efficient and timely operational performance of the team; Embed and oversee a data informed and intelligence led approach to operations and provide strategic and high-quality data, risk and trend analysis; Drive the creation of a modern end-to-end regulatory approach including the development, review and delivery against articulated service models and standards.
Who we are looking for To be successful in this position you will have: Ability to interpret and apply legislation in a complex regulatory environment; Understanding and application of risk based regulation and experience developing plans to mitigate identified risk; Experience building high performing teams.
