  • Establish strong working relationships with Program Customers and Stakeholders to ensure that their goals and objectives are reflected in the Program's Prioritisation Process (i.e. translating BDA and customer business objectives into priorities that can be applied to the Program's Work Management System);
  • Collaborate with Program Delivery Leads to ensure work capacity constraints are understood and reflected in the Work Management System;
  • Ensure work is allocated to Program Delivery Teams in line with the Program priorities and capacity and as per the Work Management System processes and procedures;
  • Identify and manage business Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIOs) relating to the operation of the Work Management System and the Programs ability to meet required delivery outcomes;
  • Engage with Program Customers, Stakeholders, and Delivery Leads to forecast future workload and associated resource requirements;
  • Development of documentation and configuration management of the Work Management System infrastructure;
