**The Role**
- Partnering with key stakeholders, leading hands, supervisors, and senior managers, across the business for all HR related enquiries and requests.
- Preparing employment contracts and induction material.
- Maintain all employee personal files, including the uploading new employees’ data into the relevant systems.
- Managing RTW cases by working with case managers and staff members to achieve best possible outcome.
- Undertake investigations regarding misconduct, bullying and harassment and other employee grievances.
- Manage and maintain company immigration, employee working right and company sponsorship as required.
- Provide guidance and support to all employees when interpreting awards, Human Resources Policies and Payroll enquiries.
- Perform routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.

**Other requirements are as follows**:

- Completed or working towards a bachelor’s degree/certificate/diploma in HRM.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Must have 1-4 year previous experience in a similar role
- Experiencing in building culture and implementing change
