About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the effective organization and management of domestic and international loadings, warehouse movements, and rail and wharf bookings to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including warehouse arrivals, unloads, groupage departures, LCL collections, and delivery airfreight collections and delivery
  • Schedule daily movements of wharf and rail contractors
  • Attend to operational enquiries over the phone
  • Manage container movements into and out of the branch
  • Complete container audits to ensure compliance
  • Provide administrative, operational, and general assistance to the Operations Team as required
Requirements
  • Proven organizational and planning skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outstanding customer service focus
