As a Business Development Specialist based in our North Sydney Office, you'll cultivate new and expand existing business for our brands Bayside Group and Acclaimed Workforce.
The Role:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.

The Requirements - Successful applicants will ideally have:
- Prior recruitment experience and demonstrated capability in service-based sales.
