As a Business Development Specialist based in our North Sydney Office, you'll cultivate new and expand existing business for our brands Bayside Group and Acclaimed Workforce.

We're ideally seeking a sales professional or recruitment consultant with the ability to drive revenue growth. If you enjoy the thrill of closing deals, and have exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you

The Role:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

The Requirements - Successful applicants will ideally have:

  • Prior recruitment experience and demonstrated capability in service-based sales.
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities and using LinkedIn to drive sales.
  • Hold a current driver's licence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and flexible to respond to changing needs, with proven capacity to work independently.
