What will you be doing?
As part of high-performing, tight-knit HR team, your focus as a trusted Reward Advisor will be as much on value-add reward conversations as technical reward operations.
In addition to supporting the annual performance and reward cycle and other reward BAU activity, you will play a key role in the continual evolution of the total reward framework.

What background do you have?
You have solid broad base comp foundations and have been working in Rem >4 years at Senior Rem Analyst or Reward Business Partner level.
You have ticked all the reward operations learning milestones along your rem journey and ideally have exposure to Aon or KFHG data, as well as advanced Excel skills.
In addition to your technical expertise, you have strong communication skills, are comfortable managing line manager relationships and enjoy balancing operational responsibilities with interesting reward project work.
