Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Remuneration Analyst to join our Compensation Team in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will support regional compensation needs and collaborate with a global team to develop and maintain remuneration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remuneration Programs Implementation: Enhance regional remuneration frameworks, conduct job evaluations, surveys, and audits to assess their impact on organizational strategy.
  • Total Rewards Expertise: Advise on total rewards initiatives, including compensation management, benefits administration, performance and recognition, and compliance and reporting.
  • Data Analytics: Use data analysis to present and offer solutions to complex challenges to leadership and influence decisions.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide the HR team and people leaders with guidance on remuneration initiatives.
  • Policy Development and Training: Develop and communicate internal pay policies that reflect best practice and provide training on relevant material.
  • Market Intelligence: Establish and maintain tools for market analysis to ensure competitive remuneration strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current and evolving regional regulatory requirements and complete regular audits.
  • Annual Remuneration Review: Lead and execute the annual review process.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the HR team in ANZ and the SEI Total Rewards team in the US.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience administering annual compensation processes in a global or multi-region environment.
  • Strong experience in Australian/New Zealand remuneration design and communication.
  • Understanding of benefits administration.
  • Experience in compliance and reporting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional demonstrated communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of legislation related to remuneration and superannuation.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to summarize and present insights and business cases.
  • Demonstrated experience running an automated annual remuneration review within a HRIS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • CCP or equivalent certification is a plus.
