About the Role

We're looking for someone with solid communication skills combined and with a drive to build their technical capabilities and IT career.

You will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across the company, in person or over the phone and seek to respond promptly to incidents and service requests.

The support includes troubleshooting of Windows 10 OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Apple, and Android mobile devices.

**Duties: - Providing Level 1 & Level 2 IT technical support to Darebin staff

  • Working closely with other IT units.
  • Taking ownership for the full lifecycle of Service Request, Incidents, Problems and Changes
  • Provisioning of IT hardware and software
  • Vendor engagement for technical support escalation, quotes, purchase orders, etc Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in the use of service management tools as well as call management systems.
  • A clear understanding of the processes and terminology associated with the ITIL framework i.e. Service Requests, Incidents, Problems and Change Management.
  • Microsoft certifications in relevant areas of information systems or equivalent working experience.
