**About the Role

  • Manage correspondence incoming and outgoing from Council with scanning and registration duties
  • Sentence records in accordance with Public Records Office Victoria Schedules
  • Assist with helpdesk for Council's Electronic Document Records Management System
  • Design compliance improvements into Council's Electronic Document Records Management System with naming standard implementation and file structure production

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a records management environment
  • Secondary level education or equivalent supplemented with specific training courses and onthejob training.
