The Opportunity

The Accountabilities

  • Coordinating the entire lifecycle of the Stream and projects, including developing and maintaining project documents and schedules, coordinating project meetings and workshops, program resource management
  • Organising meetings, preparing meeting presentations, taking minutes of the meeting and completing regular program/project status reporting
  • Establishing systems and procedures to guide work and track progress and strive for excellence and continually evaluate progress, and effectively overcome barriers to achieve outcomes
  • Tracking, forecasting, and reporting information on program progress, including metrics and challenges
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior IT Project Manager and project team as required

The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator supporting technology projects
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical talk to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Superior analytical skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
