Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources? We are seeking a talented HR Project Coordinator to join our client's business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions. If you have a solid understanding of HR practices, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you


Delivering a multitude of tasks in an efficient and accurate manner, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual looking to work in a fun and vibrant team, whilst building HR knowledge.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure that the HR Department requirements for administrative support are undertaken efficiently
  • Strive for innovative ways to improve the daily administration within the HR Department
  • Communicate policies, practices and procedures which will ensure harmonious employer/associate relations
  • General HR administration support
  • ADHOC HR projects support as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must have experience in HR systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
  • Demonstrated strong ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
