The Opportunity

Take the lead in transitioning Arnott's payrolls to a new platform, working closely with internal stakeholders, P&C team members, D&T, and external vendors for a successful implementation. This two-year contract demands strong project management skills and prior experience in payroll technology implementation.

The Accountabilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the project to transition The Arnott's Group ANZ to a new payroll system.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team.
  • Coordinate team members and vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project milestones.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and key milestones through regular meetings and reports.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables and quality of work, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.

  • 7+ years of project management experience leading payroll or related technology implementation projects in corporate environments.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple streams concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
