  • What you will do
  • Deliver excellent care and support, underpinned by the organisations values for the community we serve
  • Ensure the provision of nursing and personal care services to assist residents enjoy day to day activities
  • Ensure high standards of care are provided in line with Policy, Procedures and accreditation standards
  • Provide clinical mentoring, leadership and support to other members of the care team
  • Guide team leaders to implementing effective communication, ensuring the needs of residents are met
  • Implement practices, working with the Facility Manager and Team Leaders, that demonstrate understanding of the social, cultural, spiritual, religious beliefs and practices of the residents
