Artivion, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical education and case support for our Aortic device portfolio, including Jotec Endovascular and Cardiac Surgery Therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance the skills of surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the region.
- Provide expert clinical support and guidance to customers, including case planning and support, to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales and market share of our specified Artivion products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the region.
- Stay up-to-date with new research, clinical practices, and the evolution of the disease/treatment regime.
- Work with the education manager to develop centers of excellence and deliver live case workshops to drive best practices in clinical success and patient selection.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- 5+ years' experience in the medical device industry, with specific experience in the endovascular field.
- Expert knowledge of aortic diseases, including endovascular and cardiac procedures, anatomy, and imaging relating to the aorta.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory (70%+ travel).
