Renowned for their unwavering commitment to innovation and professionalism, our clients diverse expertise spans across six specialized divisions, enabling them to offer comprehensive turnkey solutions for building and maintenance projects throughout Victoria.
About the role:
Bringing a generalist HR skillset, you will work closely with the directors to oversee recruitment, marketing, employee relations and OHS
Other duties may include:
- Implement and project manage the introduction of a new HRIS system
- Provide up to date and accurate HR support and guidance for employees
- Assist with the preparation of resourcing budgets, ensuring adequate staffing
- Ensure all staff adhere to safety environmental policies and procedures
- Attend site visits once per week (Geelong, North Melbourne, Dandenong & Williamstown) to ensure adequate support is provided to employees
- Maintain a strong knowledge of relevant HR legislation
About you:
- Degree in Human Resources with 2 years' experience, or relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of construction industry practices (beneficial but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously with great attention to detail.
