- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of the basics in recruitment, HR practices and employment law
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively
