About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding activities and manage aspects of the employee lifecycle

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fundamental understanding of the basics in recruitment, HR practices and employment law
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively
