Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Legal People. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of our HR function, working closely with the People & Culture Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior office admin and reception staff
- Develop firm processes and training manuals for admin support and shared services functions
- Deliver induction and training for Administration and Support staff
- Coordinate Learning & Development programs
- Coordinate the CPD program
- Assist with coordinating administrative staff HR administration duties, such as coordinating recruitment interviews, drafting letters of offer, creating HR files
- Coordinate and assist with Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship recruitment programs, induction, and training
- General administration support for the HR Manager
- Event coordination and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Administrator in a law firm with a genuine desire to work in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical and MS Office skills (experience with Aderant, i Manage, and/or Doc Assist an advantage)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Initiative and the ability to learn quickly
