We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Legal People. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of our HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Train, supervise, and mentor junior office admin and reception staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement firm processes and training manuals for admin support and shared services functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Deliver comprehensive induction and training programs for Administration and Support staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
- Coordinate and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Coordinate the CPD program to ensure our staff stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Assist with coordinating administrative staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Perform HR administration duties such as coordinating recruitment interviews, drafting letters of offer, and creating HR files.
- Coordinate and assist with Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship recruitment programs, induction, and training.
- Provide general administration support to the HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and ad hoc projects as required.
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Administrator in a law firm with a genuine desire to work in HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.
- Strong technical and MS Office skills, with experience with Aderant, iManage, and/or DocAssist an advantage.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Initiative and the ability to learn quickly to adapt to changing circumstances.
