Our Client

Work with a leading ASX-listed property group that has a diversified portfolio that includes some of Australia's most iconic places and precincts.

An exciting, and rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Salesperson to foster relationships and drive revenue growth acoss their Commercial Property portfolio.


The Role

The purpose of this role is to proactively drive revenue-based opportunities, cultivate new business relationships, and manage existing national partnership accounts.

This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing Retail and Commercial asset performance through strategic partnerships, innovative activations, and community engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new business and highquality commercial partners.
  • Manage and grow national partnership accounts.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute revenueproducing partnerships and community events.
  • Review and refine Partnership strategy to ensure budget achievement.
  • Develop portfolio opportunities for national branded outcomes.
  • Build rapport with internal teams, community groups, and customers.
  • Innovatively source new retail and partnership opportunities.
  • Address issues promptly and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Stay informed about market trends and adjust asset strategy accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset information.
  • Enhance Partnership procedures for efficiency.
  • Monitor finances to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Engage with industry bodies to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting for each asset.
  • Support strategic recommendations for marketing teams.
  • Lease vacant shops creatively to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate on Pop-Up strategy to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Deliver a calendar of curated events across the portfolio.
  • Stay informed about asset research and retail trends.
  • Own and manage administration processes and data integrity.
  • Promote Partnership opportunities and communicate success stories.
  • Assist with projects and additional duties as required.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in building strong external networks.
  • Commercial/financial acumen with experience in strategy preparation.
  • Consistent achievement of KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results through relationships.
