**Your Opportunity: **We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support for the growing Second Line of Defence Program in our Audit division.

You will report to the national Program Leader and support a team of Directors and Senior Managers. You will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to facilitate various activities in the Program.

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end coordination of Program activities from planning to reporting
  • Project manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with proactive progress and actions reporting
  • Collate and prepare reports, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations (PowerBI skills would be highly valued)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior team members and senior internal stakeholders
  • Work autonomously and manage highly confidential information
  • Provide logístical support for the various team meetings, initiatives and projects
  • Organise meetings and arrange travel on behalf of the team
  • Manage various information sharing platforms, including Teams, intranet and SharePoint sites
  • Provide administrative support to other members in Audit Quality team and projects as directed
